West indies need financial support - chairman - 10-01-2026
Michael Clarke Said ?? : 3 three major cricketing nations India ??, Australia ??, and England ???????, must intervene and support West Indies cricket because they are facing Major financial problems.
West Indies are already among the lowest paid cricketing nations, and now their players are facing a 25% pay cut. Clarke believes these three nations need to step up, play more cricket with West Indies, and provide greater support.
He also highlighted that West Indies are struggling to attract sponsors. Clarke believes India ??, in particular, could play a Big Brother role by providing sponsorship and helping West Indies revive their cricket.?
The message is clear: West Indies cricket needs stronger financial backing, more international support, and greater commitment from the biggest cricketing nations to help rebuild the game In The Caribbean ??????????
