the vaccine will not be that benign. why would they go to all the trouble and yet still not successful for a bar code? makes no sense. it will more than lilkel;y contain the ability to eliminate anyone anywhere anytime by pc app.
it would more than likely be made to prevent anyone from neutralizing it ot taking it out. any such attemt would likley kill the human trying to get it out of their body

they have bar coded people already....surveillance is already total and complete. a vaccine that s chipped is going to be far, far worse than bar code and for much greater purpose of control than bar code. bar code is nothing!
at the same time he is getting out information for the state they want out there like the vaccination is already made and ready to go. no doubt it is..just the opportune time now.

and if population reduction is the point of it all..to reduce the human population globally to just 500 million... what better way to do it than to control time in the lives of people, to be able to eliminate seemingly by natural causes zillions of people over some individually set period of time.
so one of the built in purposes of any chip would be to give set time to all individuals..all will be given a date and time in their lives thats what...then poof!
there will also be critically the abilty to kill at will too, if that becomes necessary at any time..simply pull up the name they want on file and kill from a distance by button
this guy is made into a clown to neutralize public fear of the vaccine..that is why they made him a clown..to ease the poison down our throats
