well only if the Venezuelan people surrender. if they do not..and it looks like they will stand up they will fight america to a standstill
america will have to land boots on the ground. they would have to land all kinds of state of the art equipment. they wont be able to do that easily. the key again is if the people stand and fight.
they have the means now to shoot down american planes and to blow aircraft carriers out of the water. they people know whats in store for them if the americans win and take over again. it will be worse than death in guerilla warfare. they will fight america to a stanstill. it will be the last war for america in latin america
