White House chief of staff John Kelly reportedly dismissed former White House aide and current Celebrity Big Brother contestant Omarosa Manigault because she had used the White House car service for her own personal use—a “strictly forbidden” move. Manigault had been using the car service, known as “CARPET,” as an office pick-up and drop-off service. According to Politico, Manigault “tried to storm the White House residence to appeal to Trump" after she was fired, setting off a Secret Service alarm in the White House residence in the process. The White House did not respond to Politico’s request for comment about Manigault’s final days.
