WI Emerging Batting Unit. And Hetmyer - zacaroni - 12-03-2017 Quote:The Windies were in a desperate position. New Zealand responded to their very inadequate 134 with 509 for 9 declared. The lead was therefore a daunting 375, meaning that the visitors' chances of drawing the game were slim, their chances of winning, non-existent. Cricbuzz WI Emerging Batting Unit. And Hetmyer - mapoui - 12-03-2017 Hetmeyer at 3 was and is a stupid and unnecessary experiment that could easily ..and still may... end in his destruction. Hetmeyer at 3 addressed only one interest..that of the cWI in its senseless and counter-productive argument with Darren Bravo. then the brought in the youth and forced him at #3 WE ARE LUCKY HERE THAT THE KIWI PITCH HAS BEGUN TO DIE, TO TURN INTO A ROAD..GIVING HETMEYER THE CHANCE TO SCORE EASIER..A CHANCE HE DESPERATELY NEEDED..THAT WE WEST INDIANS NEEDED.. SO THAT HE WOULD NOT FAIL AGAIN AND BEGIN TO DIE AS A PLAYER luck is part of everything and it is reputed to favor the brave..although I am loathe to consider anything as brave about the cWI..just a bunch of parasitic exploiters who can get away with murder, as they are always ready to sacrifice anyone available to serve their ends WI Emerging Batting Unit. And Hetmyer - alex - 12-03-2017 What a comeback by the Windies! The last two sessions have surely been ours. End of day 3: WI 214/2 in 66 overs - K Brathwaite 79*, S Hope 21* Partnership 48*, Trail by 172 runs WI Emerging Batting Unit. And Hetmyer - mapoui - 12-03-2017 EDITED! SHUD MAKE MORE SENSE NOW! even with Bravo out there were options at #3 to avoid putting the young, volatile kid in there. putting him there was altogether too much for the kid as has been clear..yet they continued with it, finally striking luck last night given this behavior I cant think of a more disgusting creature than the cWI. there are simple and obvious adjustments that can be made to try make things more normal. if it was a risk tossing Hetmeyer at 3 how much more of a risk would it have been to move up Roston Chase for example if they wanted to keep Shai hope anchored at 4???? and by the way.. the risk they took with Hetmeyer is the same as with Kyle Hope...chucking him at #3 with no experience at all in test cricket, the most difficult position in a batting order. at least Chase had scored, was solid in the side relative to his place in it. and of course there is Blackwood..a player whose trajectory I cant understand at all at all. Blackwood should by now be the one to be promoted to #3 if Bravo is not available. Blackwood should have matured successfully if he had been guided properly, developed properly and promoted to #3. were this the case Hetmeyer would have been introduced at #6 and all would be well illy: illy: illy: illy: in another coupe of years Hetmeyer would have progressed nicely and overtaken Blackwood who would then drop down again still very effective but they stuck Blackwood in at #6 and forgot about him, left him alone. and also, despite an attacking attitude Blackwood was never ever pointed towards the shorter forms, as he appears to be a natural for ODI and T20 I cant understand west indies cricket. why would things be left to develop like that?   as coach and head of cricket at the cWI I would never leave Blackwood alone. in recognition of his very, very good talent I would seek to make sure he developed into the best he could possibly be in all forms of the game. Blackwood should not by now be dropped out of the west indies team, but much, much, more developed than he is,...far, far ahead and in solidly. the impression in these quarters is that cWI simply ignored Blackwood, never took any time with him..and left to his devices he has simply withered the way I would treat all and every player is to make sure that if they failed it would not in the absence of cWI skill and capability to understand west indians, the current west indian reality, how it came to be that way and how best we the cWI can work to make sure the talent in the cricket is developed fully, becomes the best it could possibly be developed into and this would not only be an approach up at the representative level, but all the way down the ranks of west indies cricket, and upwards from there. the cWI does not so approach its responsibility. they are a disgusting entity without which west indies cricket is likely to do much better     which of course is why I call the bureau cWI..small c for cricket..because they are small-minded, incompetent and ineffective on the cricket, focused as they are big time on exploitative WI bureaucracy :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: WI Emerging Batting Unit. And Hetmyer - ketchim - 12-04-2017 hahahahaha Emerging Batting unit got whacked ! zacaroni, explain your superlatives to this below average batting Unit. minus, Hetmeyer of course... WI Emerging Batting Unit. And Hetmyer - ketchim - 12-04-2017 IMO, they seemed to have gotten WORSE after "Emerging" with a 'fluke' win in England. Bishoo was also named ICC Emerging player of the year. this situation is more a matter of a ward in hospital named "EmergEncy" to save their wounds ~ WI Emerging Batting Unit. And Hetmyer - ketchim - 12-04-2017 41.5 Boult to Hetmyer, SIX, shot of the match. This is sensational stroke-making from Hetmyer. Length ball outside off, gets under it and extends the arms through the line. Then he holds the pose, high elbow and all  as he picks up six over the bowler's head WI Emerging Batting Unit. And Hetmyer - ketchim - 12-04-2017 zacaroni post=355549 Wrote:Shimron Hetmyer is 20, almost 21]just sweeeet timer of the ball, all wrist and elbow extension ! 41.1 Boult to Hetmyer, FOUR, sweeps Boult off his feet. Length ball at off stump, punched hard and at full at the bowler's ankles. He contorts awkwardly in trying to stop that. It's four through him in the end and he's on the floor
