Pleased with the way your recovery is going so far?
Did I tell you about a friend of ours who had a stroke last year Nov?
he is my age and with the type of stroke he had he could not feel any cold on his whole right side
he could not swallow at all......not even his spit (had to use a suction tube like a dentist uses)
obviously he could not eat or drink anything - so they surgically put a tube directly into his stomach and fed him ensure
he was like this for 4 months while he got treatment
with therapy he is almost back to normal, just have to eat/drink small amounts at a time
so keep seeing the doctor and work on your therapy and by the grace of the Almighty you will recover fully
