Great Britain begin their 2017 Davis Cup campaign with a first-round tie against Canada in Ottawa.
The 2015 champions are without world number one Andy Murray, who was not included in Leon Smith's squad to give him time to recover after the Australian Open.
The team is made up of Kyle Edmund, Dan Evans, Jamie Murray and Dominic Inglot.
Canada's world number three Milos Raonic also misses the tie after injuring an abductor muscle in the quarter-finals in Melbourne.
