Those are great photos there, the splendor of lush jungle and some good old dried palm tree  and wood huts. I almost never hear news about the current events of Guyana, your neigbour Venezuela pretty much rack up almost all the international media coverage. Anyway, hope
someday would vsit your country for leisure vacations!..

Anyone interested in knowledge of ARCHITECTURE  of a BENAB ?

A benab is a gazebo like shelter, which seems to be unique to this area of the world.

It appears it comes from the Amerindian or Guyana indigenous culture. Wink
