Anyway, my in laws and other relatives of my husband were very much against it and always scolded me when they saw me drink soda. But my husband and I have researched about it and we know that a limited amount of caffeine in a day is fine. So I recommend asking your OB-GYN for the recommended daily intake of caffeine. From what I've read though, it's about 200 mg per day, or two cups of coffee per day. That's not too bad and you can enjoy your espresso as long as it's in moderation. But it's still best to ask your OB-GYN as she knows best about this. I was lucky that my OB-GYN then was quite lenient and that I was also able to deliver a very healthy baby. Good luck and take care! Re: Can Preggers - Artemisback - 05-02-2016 reds, i just look into it, and caffeine of any kind is not good for pregnant women, for one caffeine washes away the good nutrients , like calcium, and fibre before nutrients are absorbed. listen to ketchim, ah think he went through a few pregnancy. ::love:: |
