Re: the best part about carrot cake - Captain - 03-12-2016 Eating it Re: the best part about carrot cake - rz3300 - 03-12-2016 Well I would probably say the icing too with regards to the taste, but I would have to go with the fact that you can kind of pass it off as something a little more healthy than it actually is.  I am not sure how much actual carrot goes into the making of a cake, and of course it depends, but I just emphasize the carrot over the cake if I talking to someone.
