Ted Cruz’s eligibility to be president on Thursday during a state dinner for Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Just minutes before the CNN Republican presidential primary debate was set to begin, Obama poked fun at the Texas senator over the  question of whether he’s eligible to run since he was born in Canada to his American mother and Cuban father.
