Goodness, I haven't read this theory before, that Scalia might have been murdered. I guess a proper autopsy can prove or disprove this issue. On the other hand, I don't think they should leave the position empty. There can be an appointed justice for now and if the new president wants to appoint a new one, then he or she can do so.

now Ketchim...if Obama gets an appointment accepted and the new court votes Obama all he wants, then we would know that Scalia was murdered and why.

look out to see if Poindexter gets more awards and rewards..or gets a bullet..or simply dies. either way it would demonstrate that he is the one who did the job..the murder of Scalia. his rewards would run the spectrum form high to killing the man who knew too much
