I have never made it and i want to make it for Eid

anyone has a tried-and-true recipe that i can use?

lots on the internet.....but since i am making for the first time....i want a recipe that i know will work

I bought 4 yesterday at the India dessert shop on Birchmount :

Ovah a buck each ....lil lil pieces  :angry:

you can buy it at Sobeys or Loblaws in the box.

i could not suggest a recipe since i havent tried to make any.

funny though, i was thinking about making it for Eid as well

The Box ones I tried taste like Cardboard  :angry:

The freshly made ones at the Desert places , are dynamite :

BUT pricy ...

even de Gulab Jamun is ovah a buck each .... :embarrassed:

my favourite is milk cake - its like coagulated panuce[sp]
