The optician.
I never save on my lenses and frames. I pay whatever it takes. I have to wear several different glasses for different occasions due to an vision related issue. I have two Oakley prescription sunglasses amongst the hoard I have to maintain. They cost me more than a ticket to GT from the US.

went to my Optometrist
He told me why I am having driving in the night problems!
My bloody prescription was 12 years old and my last exam was 2004 ;D
I selected a RayBan frame : fit better than the Oakley
Lens : I went with Nikon even though a pair is 350 bucks
eye exam 85 bucks
