I believe that Younis Khan and Virender Sehwag hold the record for most catches by a substitute fielder with 4 catches each.

I am with you on that one. Things seem to have become far worse in the modern game with players routinely going off the field for 20 minutes at a time to put their feet up. My own personal feelings are, if a substitute fielder has to come on, whomever is being replaced can't bat or bowl for the rest of the innings. That would soon put a stop to this nonsense.

I have to agree with Mr. Ketchem. If a batsman is not allowed to have runner if injured then there should be no substitute field allowed if a player gets injured.
