Nah man...PNC rule was devastating to the entire diaspora. Proof? Look at where we are. With BJ, people were actually going back to live in retirement, start business etc. The country's deficit was significantly reduced. There was progress in bridges, water, light, roads etc. Now if that is destruction, then please tell me what is construction?
