Budweiser Planning SABMiller Takeover - chairman - 09-16-2015 Anheuser-Busch InBev confirmed it has proposed to take over SABMiller, potentially forming a company that will produce one-third of all the world’s beer. The combined market value of the two companies would be as high as $230 billion, and would bring together brands like Budweiser, Stella Artois, Corona, Peroni, and Grolsch under one roof.
