Time for a dramatic change to the structure and governance of West Indies - chairman - 08-09-2015 West Indies cricket belongs to the people of the Caribbean and until each of us informs ourselves more fully about the size of the stakes involved, we will not have the sense of urgency for these changes in governance to take place.
