because if it really benefited those who run west indies to be in the top 8 they would be making every effort not only to be in the top 8 but at the top of 8. but they are not are they...making such effort. and if not why not....... ::confused::
they only possible answer is that whatever goals and benefit they have in mind are met in other directions..that cricket success for the west indies is not a priority for them so their consequent effort to produce success is miniscule

he is not agreeing with me..he is lamenting no head coach and uses it as a sign of administrative disarray.
