during his English summer stint for Lancashire and will also face a Cricket Australia code of conduct charge.

He record a blood alcohol reading of around twice the legal limit in England.
The incident is understood to have occurred on Thursday night....

Maybe he is use to drinking that much and driving in Australia. I guess his sporting status in Australia meant that he would have gotten a way with a drunk driving offense and the media would have never known.

BUT double the legal limit of blood:alcohol ratio is really stupid !
