Imagine if Chanderpaul did not sacrifice his wicket in making naught.
He would have batted most of today and the next 2 days for 30 or so runs delaying the victory.
He took one for the team

your assumption is correct but reasoning is wrong.
Shiv told the team, you fellas only need to make 192. Now just imagine I have retired...go out and make the runs!
He challenged them and they responded!
