There are 2 types of Veal : which one ?
powder milk fed or grain fed....
one is whiter than the other !

It is the idea of the likkel baby Calf that turn dem off !
They only recognise the milk fed ones cause after cooking it is so Light
de grain fed one is dark and can easily be mistaken for a full grown Cow
