The ICC thru BCCI MUST inititiate the break up of the WICB..
Concession to be a FULL instead of an Associate member must be WAIVED.
Let all Countries GO It ALONE !

Guyana for example must NOT have to serve 5 years as an Associate before FULL status.
some kind of Transition system MUST be implemented.
