He tried, but he couldn't stop it: a video leaked of a reportedly 15-year-old Justin Bieber telling a racist joke whose punch line features the N-word. "Why are black people afraid of chain saws?" he asks, grinning, and an off-camera friend answers, "Don't even say it." (He does.) Bieber's team reportedly tried to pay to keep the video from coming to light.
