56-year-old Pauline Bilinski-Munion has been charged with endangering the welfare of children after her 7-year-old grandson allegedly brought heroin into his first grade class at Caln Elementary School.
Pauline Bilinski-Munion, 56, was arrested after her 7-year-old grandson allegedly took nine bags of her heroin to his first-grade classroom last week.
