Aw, this entire video warmed up my spirit. And then I hear people say Russians are cold and unfriendly? Even Putin himself looks like a sweetheart, except when he puts on those crazy eyes.

Yup, traffick there is supposedly insane(ever seen a compilation video of all of these crazy bizarre accidents?) so I guess they put cameras up in case of damage or something like that. You will find the craziest stuff recorded from those cams.
