The problem is "Indian batsmen" include Virat Kohli, who's excellent and plays short bowling fine, and Suresh Raina, who's probably one of the worst players of short bowling currently in International cricket.

But if I were to make a generalization, I would still lean towards Yes.

Gayle, Lil Bravo and Elegance are not too smart against well directed short bowling.
I think through the IPL, the Indians are getting better.
BTW, I predict Tino will be whipped.
