sorry....i forgot one 'm'.
it is actually.....hummus which is a chickpea dip.
here's the basic ingredients for a recipt:
i really need to start making my own (using fresh channa not the can one)
- [li]1 tin/jar (400 gr) cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed[/li]
[li]1/4 tsp salt[/li]
[li]2 cloves garlic[/li]
[li]4 tbsp tahini[/li]
[li]4 tbsp fresh lemon juice[/li]
[li]olive oil, cumin, sesame seeds to serve [/li]
