Re: A 15-Minute Walk After Every Meal Can Control Type-2 Diabetes In Older People - villagebelle - 06-12-2013 great idea.....but one has to make the time after each meal lunch and dinner easy for me.....i do that now but breaky?....i would have to wake up even earlier .....no can do.....but then again my breaky are fairly small (even though some say it should be the biggest meal of your day!!)
