Hmm... Himachal is usually regarded as a "safe" region for tourists, with high-caste Hindus making up the majority of the population. Now it seems that no place is India is safe for women.

New Delhi: A 15-year-old girl from Delhi was allegedly gangraped and filmed by two men in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad town, police said on Thursday.
The girl, a resident of the capital's Pandav Nagar area, was on May 31 offered a joy ride on a bike by her neighbour Fakira, who took her to a house in Ghaziabad where his nephew Pradeep was already present.
The victim in her complaint filed with Delhi Police said she was given a drink laced with sedatives after which she felt dizzy. The accused took turns to rape her and film the act on a cell phone, a police officer said, citing her complaint.
