when i was working at cadbury, one of the big wigs from the UK was visiting and i had made this carrot cake, so we gave him a piece.
when he was finished eating it he came over to me and said......"this is the best carrot cake i have ever eaten. Are you married?". :grin:
so this carrot cake was good enough to get me a marriage proposal :grin:
