lookit here: I never suggested TEST : you are the one shifting the Goal post !
I maintain that FRINGE (33 yr.old scored 100+) and YOUTH players SHOULD be give a look in for WC
which happens to be 50 Overs tournament.which Guyana U 19 WON in the REGION
Further IF we go with the current LOT :

All the best athletes in the West Indies are going to soccer and athletics these days. Added that they are not one nation but a bunch of small ones with limited economies, which make sponsorship an issue.
T20 is dominating the cricketers over there as well.
