why waste my money Kwams?
at day 19 of Fasting, I have lost 9lbs!!
this a bonus for me as my intent was not to lose weight.
the key is....do not over-indulge when we break Fast at sunset.
keep to a small simple balanced meal even when invited to Iftars.
plus by this time, my stomach has shrunk and if I overeat it is very painful.
