not only was smith silly but Clarke was really sharp, he understood the game to the hilt.
as soon as his man was out and no ton he declared and went to work.
I don't know but I like safety...and 600 to make in all that time available I wud have felt better. but Clake knew his opposition and that they were ready to be toppled
SA is in worse shape that I thought. the way they lost here suggests they have experienced a rapid decline since last time. maybe the Smith regime has aged, aged, declined...was declining even while winning... SA played listless, in need of energy, a new start

I now have a reason to watch this series.....
