In Shiv's defence when Durham hired him :
he brought them out of the Cellar and made them the Champions !
not everyday is Xmas ::LOL::

* Durham won the Divison 1 championship when Shiv played for them.
* Lancashire finished 2nd when Shiv played for them.
* Warwickshire finished 2nd when Shiv played for them.
* This Derbyshire team is weak----it lacks the penetrating bowling to be a top ranked team.

* Shiv signed a 2 year contract with Derbyshire with an option to play in year 3(2015).
* If he continues playing for the West Indies----he may not be available for Derbyshire in 2015.
