there is nothing more certain to make the police effort fail than an approach like that.
there are lots of black people who do not agree at all with that kind of thing and wish to see change in the black community.
these ..if they know anything at all...or come to find out anything at all... will gladly tell the cops, call and report it..openly. they will work with the cops to get the situation right.
if the cops go in there beating up all and sundry they all will clam up and the cops job becomes impossible.
that is torture, retribution on the innocents and deh will not help.
I doubt mister Blair is foolish enuff to do that. to be hard as is neceessary on the blac comunity is not be break the law..but to make it work properly relative to us

These folks should never have been allowed to illegally congregate at the home....the eyewitnesses reported pandemonium before the incident started. The police will have to better police this commuinity.
