I have had to get a hormone needle since 2000 every week its painful . But I am in better shape than you .
Its for the hormones I am missing .
I walk up the Wentworth stairs twice , it has over 500 steps .

I have low blood sugar and diabetes. my problem is low blood sugar that can be mitigated by eating regular food but my impaired pancreas wont allow that.
the idea is to be able to eat for general health, so I must have insulin that handles the food I eat. metfomin does that. but metformin and all the insulin encouraging medications add to the danger of low blood sugar at all times..so the metformin dosage must be balanced, perfec, at all times
and that is what we trying to prevent..the dropping of my blood sugar to dangerous levels while maintaining general nutrition for my body to keep me alive. and to do that we still run the risk of even more low blood sugar
it is a dangerous situation for which I don't know that any Canadian endocrinologist has any dam idea. I have seen at least 3 of them already over the years. they do not have a clue.
I have seen in the world..Cuba in particular where they do have a clue. I am trying to access them.
I have been able to keep my inflammation down and my cholesterol in good shape. many other factors I have kept in good shape by my own proper thinking..what I consider more proper thinking that you do. i think I see that by what you report has happened to you.
maybe had you sought organic food you would have saved some of your internal parts. maybe had you had a drink of citric acid everyday in water you would have saved some of your internal parts..some vitamin D as well. maybe had you washed your veggies in a solution of baking soda and water you have mitigated some of the pollution..maybe had you bought a cheap countertop water filter that could take out the flouride in your drinking water you would have saved some of your internal parts...
maybe if you realized that you are in a fight for your life and what you are up against and who you are up against you would have developed the proper defensive attitude that would have helped you to be in better condition as you would be looking for solutions not trying to stupidly establish that there aren't any

Dimwit
Medicine has progressed to such , that in 2000 Dr Booth has been giving me injections to
help me . after a brain tumor destroyed my pituitary.
Yes I know what it is and what it does based on the indications I had at that time.
The lack of the hormones produced by the pituitary , caused me to become a diabetic ,
leading to my heart failure , 5 by passes and 4 bouts of congestive heart failure .
This is not a joke . I am now a healthy male of 70 years young .
