Indian foriegn minister Pranab Mukerjee told the British that they dont want or need British aid .
Furthermore the Indian decision to purchase 4 billion dollars worth of French Rafale jet fighters instead of the Typhoon fighters from Britain has angered and hurt the British . The aid was just bribery to increase trade with India
