I figured he wud claim her on the determination to keep the name alone as an artist.
it takes some kind of understanding and acceptance to do that..to want that name to represent you, in all you do..especially in an art that almost determines that you do change your handle
Melanie only shortened her own name..did not change it. and Nikki changed her first name, and may have nicked Marag into Minag..I am not sure.
but these girls weren't too big on name changes it appears
