Re: WI Needs Refurbished Bowling Attack - alexmax - 07-31-2016 You can't ask any more of Shannon Gabriel and the the way he's bowled & his effort in this series. He definitely deserves more wickets. Re: WI Needs Refurbished Bowling Attack - chairman - 08-01-2016 Jason Holder finally gets a wicket - his first in 56 overs in this series - in the final over before lunch Re: WI Needs Refurbished Bowling Attack - dillinger10 - 08-01-2016
Jason Holder finally gets a wicket - his first in 56 overs in this series - in the final over before lunch
I was curious to see which bowler holds the record for most overs bowled in a series without taking a wicket. That record belongs to England's Maurice Tate, who bowled 158 wicketless overs against Australia in 1928/29. Vanburn Holder holds the record for a WI bowler when he bowled 134 wicketless overs in the 1978/79 series against India. Re: WI Needs Refurbished Bowling Attack - ketchim - 08-02-2016 How was the Batsman, Chase 5Fer ? Is he gonna be another Steve Smith albeit the other way around ? |
