Skipper,
There is a pay per game arrangement but you may need mutual agreement for the swaps you indicated and I am sure there would be acut off for trading.
I expected LIs and Guyana, based on their league positions for the last 4-5 years, to have had more players from other franchises. At least Guyana went for one.
Until the trading takes a different format next year would you start having an idea how this will work in reality.
This initiative needs time.

TnT about to loose both : Gabriel and Ravi to international contract : they should have
selected Fidel Edwards. TnT is the weakest team from a bowling standpoint.
Windwards and Leewards ideally would have wanted to shore up their batting :
but they decided not to.

This Franchise idea bandied around for over a decade is a LOST cause !
