These phones are expensive and a lot of people haven't even finished paying for i4. The ecomomy isn't the best and they should have waited. [/quote] Lets face it too many products too soon...even cannibalization has its limit. People do not have the resources to replenish these products every year...and the phone plans are two years out (this is where the phone companies sell most of the product). They need to synchronize the product launchings. They the big boys are able to keep profits hidden much easier now and they are doing it. I don't think the ipad mini would ever have gone to production if Steve Jobs was still alive. It has a poorer screen resolution than both the Nook+ and the Kindle Fire. |
