Spending is a non issue...
get the factories rolling in every sector :
Food, clothing , hardware , automobiles...
Get the Export market ....Flood Guyana with combine ::lol::

yes, i agree.
but how you generate revenue? Someone has to buy your product!
The 99% either don't have job or either working for less!
they have to give the middle class a tax break! put more money in their pockets! Make up for it by taxing the 1%!
what do middle class people do when they have money? spend it! this generate more demand, which creates jobs and so on...
