there is a McDonalds right up the street from Cherry Beach anyway. a Tim Hortons as well. and a whole supermarket..Loblaws at Leslie street.

If the courts deem mislabelled food products illegal to sell,
those products become illegal to hold and have no value.
If a product is sold without value,
the amount it was sold for is the measure of damages

then the customer is entitled to his dollar and 25 cents back !
And there's a four-year statute of limitations, so the damages in each of these cases
is how much have they sold of this mis-labelled junk in the last four years.........
