forget the incumbents.. they cant help. they are professional and bureaucrat. they know only what they have established. they can and will only sabotage any new dispensation. get rid of them and start afresh with new people

Sad to see, the West Indies were the All Blacks of cricket. Hopefully the ICC will do their job and help WI recover.
