Well...isn't that the new mantra with this new government? Pay the ministers so they don't thief. Now pay the Army retirees well. Train the current recruits well enough to that they master the skills to engage in wealth redistribution. And when all fails, recruit the misfits...the hungry bellies....I didn't make that up. 8)

Yeah...they need to step up. They have to start thinking differently. But at least the gdf should have minimum recruiting standards. Based on what I see in the force, the standards, if any, must be very very low.

Where will you get the money from? Taxes are lower, slower economy, higher expenditures...the math don't add up. No money available.
