but there is a chance/precedent for a Surinamese player playing for Holland. all he has to do is pick up residence in Holland as far as I know. picking up residence in Holland is easy for a Surinamese. the ICC wont or cant stop that I don't think. anyhow there is a similar relationship there to the west indies situation

I setting it up and letting them buy it out..in ways that keeps all players coming in able to participate in ownership. from lower league level up to the top is participatory ownership.
