I do not dispute what Gibson DID!
I am taking about what performance targets he has NOW from Richard.
Would not be surprised to see Gibson go by the end of this year.

The executive made him PART of the SELECTION panel.
so HE cannot say he did NOT select the XI :
as , I repeat , he successfully did with H & H....

So NOW Ottis is a Selector with the new Captain Ramdin ( the captain has no voting right)
Ottis can NOW continue Hilaire and Hunte Insular selection policy :
including Discarding caliber players like Sarwan ..
OR he can get REAL and select on Merit.
he has been NOW given a say in SELECTION of the Squad.
HANG self if they FAIL against the Kiwis....
That renewed 3 year contract will be tossed out de window
