yes! at times I do nonsense like that...
then its as if Iose it all, forget it all and then do nonsense. at times I read over what I write down and it helps before I go wondering all over the place..
I go into the race and I see it perfectly...exactly as it will come. then I get lost. its my emotional condition from this sugar problem I have. I have to be ultra vigilant now...to keep on top of it
