DeSouza ...more like a crook who looked out for himself at the expense of the cricket... a man who helped bureaucratize the wicbc/wicb, setting in place bereaucratic tactics of self-perpetuation and expansion that has grown to consume the cricket, which it..the admin... now uses as the cash cow that feeds it...and not the other way around, as it is supposed to be
the cricket now exists and functions for the purpose of feeding the wicb bureaucracy..not the bureaucracy existing to mind the cricket flows properly.
